Mohegan Sun is betting on its buffet, Hartford Business reported.

The casino has invested $10 million in a retrofit in its Seasons Buffet, the report said.

The retrofit includes an increase in the number of seats to 800, the Hartford Business noted.

The new approach includes fresh food, much of which is cooked in front of the customer, rather than the food sat under a heat lamp buffet tradition, the Hartford Business report said.
